The Taproom Assistant supports daily taproom operations, welcomes customers, takes orders, pours beer and growlers, keeps the space clean and organized, maintains retail displays, and helps with opening and closing procedures.
The role also calls for learning the brewery's beer styles and brewing process, helping with occasional canning or special-event projects, and staying active in a busy service environment.

- Current TAPS Card and Alaska Food Worker Card, or ability to obtain both within 30 days.
- Attention to detail and a positive, motivated approach.
- Comfort working on your feet in an active service environment.
- Ability to lift items such as beer cases, glass racks, and kegs up to about 50 lbs.
- A genuine interest in great beer and local hospitality.
